Two arrested after clan lab discovered
Adelaide Detectives with the assistance of STAR Group and Drug
Investigation Branch members searched a house on Lower North East
Road, Athelstone house at about 6.30 pm on Monday 19
th November and discovered a clan lab in the kitchen/laundry area of the home. A
39 year old man and a 24 year old woman both from Athelstone were
arrested and charged with take part in manufacturing a prohibited
substance and appeared in the Adelaide Magistrates Court yesterday.
The lab has been safely dismantled by Drug Investigation Branch
members and police ask that anyone with information about the
manufacturing of illicit drugs contact BankSA Crime Stoppers on 1800
